Bus tickets

As of June 20 2010, you can no longer pay with cash on board our buses in Halland. Hallandstrafiken can offer a number of discount tickets to choose from. Onboard our buses, you can purchase your ticket or Resekortet with debit and credit cards. You can also recharge the card and check the balance.

We have divided the county up into zones. The more zones you cover, the more expensive your journey is. In order to see how many zones your journey covers, please see the zone map under ‘links’ at the left. If you are uncertain of how many zones your journey passes, please phone our customer service centre (phone 071-33 10 30), and they will give you the exact answer.

Below the various types of tickets are presented.


Single ticket

The return ticket Tur&Retur The ticket is valid all days between 9.30 am – 2.30 pm, and is valid for unlimited travel within the zone/zones you have paid for.

Family ticket The ticket is valid for 1-2 adults with 3-4 children, until the day the child is 19 years old.
